Rattachée à la Head of Finance, en lien constant avec l'équipe Supply et les différents services, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des opérations comptables quotidiennes. Véritable support, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement du département financier et garantissez le respect des normes comptables et fiscales en vigueur.

Responsabilités principales :
Suivi quotidien des comptes clients et fournisseurs (commande, livraison, facturation, suivi des paiements)
Lettrage des comptes clients et fournisseurs
Edition et saisie des documents bancaires
Contrôle des dossiers clients - Gestion des relances clients avant contentieux
Anticipation des problèmes de paiement et de règlement
Révision mensuelle des comptes et analyse des écarts
Participation active aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : préparation des états comptables, saisie et justification des écritures de clôture
Élaboration des déclarations fiscales (TVA, DEB)
Mise en place d'outils et de moyens de contrôle
Archivage, classement


Votre profil :
Formation bac + 2 en comptabilité et gestion des organisations
5 ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire
Pratique d'un ERP, maitrise d'excel
Force de proposition, excellent communicant,
Esprit d'analyse, sens de l'organisation
Sens du travail d'équipe (renfort ponctuel sur la partie accueil)
Anglais souhaité
