Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will support a diverse portfolio of banking and fintech solutions, including neobank, retail banking, corporate banking, digital banking, open banking, and core banking offerings within SBS. You will contribute to our success by ensuring that we develop the best possible products and present them to our target markets. In collaboration with the General Manager, Product Managers, Product Strategists, Digital & Operational Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for launching, maintaining, and improving the go-to-market of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-market and product launches: Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, enablement, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
  • Messaging and storytelling: Translate technical features into compelling narratives that address market pain points, highlight opportunities, resonate with customers, and differentiate our products.
  • Customer growth and revenue impact: In partnership with Product and Sales teams, design and deliver initiatives that drive customer retention, upsell and cross-sell, strengthen engagement, and support sustainable revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and content creation: Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align GTM plans with business and Sales objectives, and develop high-impact marketing and enablement assets across channels (presentations, case studies, articles, sales kits, product training sessions, website copy, videos, co-branded content, and more).
  • Product expertise: Continuously deepen product knowledge to act as a trusted expert internally and externally.
  • Team leadership: Mentor and support direct reports, assign responsibilities aligned with skills, assess performance, and foster professional development through coaching and training.
Qualifications
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the fintech industry.

  • Natural curiosity and love of learning.

  • At least 5 - 6 years of experience in product marketing and/or product management within a tech company or a financial institution.

  • Native-level French language skills (oral and written).

  • Fluency in English.

  • Solid knowledge of modern software operating models, including SaaS and cloud-native solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience conveying ideas to end users as well as marketing or tech teams.

  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and present our product's value proposition in a way that articulates how we solve our customers' problems.

  • Strong people and management skills, as you will collaborate with Product Managers, the Sales team, and the Marketing team, as well as the General Manager of a product line; this is a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills.

  • Comfortable developing marketing strategies and campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative insights.

  • Strong personal organizational and project management abilities.
