Role Overview

As the Director of Revenue Management, reporting to the CCO, you will drive and optimize revenue growth across all product lines and geographies. Acting as a strategic bridge between sales, marketing, product units, and customer success teams, you will ensure consistent execution of SBS's commercial strategy. This role is central to accelerating SaaS adoption and ARR expansion while protecting and growing traditional on-premise and maintenance revenues in the banking and fintech ecosystem. It can be based in a Paris, London or Brussels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Leadership

Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across geographies and product lines (on-premise, maintenance, and SaaS). Align annual revenue plans with company growth objectives.

  • Strategic Alignment & Enablement
    Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product GMs to deliver a cohesive revenue strategy. Ensure systems, processes, and analytics are optimized for scalable growth.
  • ARR & SaaS Expansion
    Lead initiatives to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) via new SaaS subscriptions, customer renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. Champion the transition toward SaaS-first models globally.
  • Market & Segment Development
    Collaborate with Market Development and Growth teams to identify new market opportunities, emerging geographies, and high-potential segments.
  • Client Retention & Value Expansion
    Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services to maximize retention, reduce churn, and expand customer lifetime value.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Forecasting
    Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate pipeline health, sales efficiency, and retention metrics. Provide actionable insights to the CCO and leadership team to drive performance and predictability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations to align revenue goals with pricing models, product roadmaps, and cost structures.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    Ensure revenue processes meet regulatory standards across markets, particularly in banking and financial services.
Qualifications
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in B2B SaaS, banking technology, or fintech is a strong plus.

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change in a global matrix organization.
  • Revenue & Commercial Acumen: Solid track record in revenue management, sales strategy, or commercial operations, ideally in a subscription-based or enterprise software business.
  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Skilled in data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and revenue performance management.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working with multi-regional teams and managing revenue strategies across diverse markets.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent ability to engage, align, and motivate stakeholders from operational teams to executive leadership.

  • Full proficiency in English, ideally in French as well.
