Ingénieur commercial (H/F) Manpower

Manpower CABINET DE RECRUTEMENT DE PARIS INDUSTRIE recherche pour son client, un acteur du secteur des bureaux d'études et de l'ingénierie, un Ingénieur commercial (H/F)
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects within the allocated time and budget, in line with the strategy defined with the Commercial department.
- Assist the Director of Proposals in implementing new tools, updating, or creating procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the proposal department.
- Analyze tender documents and attend Bid/No Bid meetings.
- Apply current procedures for preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Organize proposal review meetings for the proposals you manage.
- Participate in technical and, if necessary, commercial negotiations.
- Organize and participate in handover meetings with the designated project manager for project execution.
- Participate in feedback meetings (REX) on selected proposals. In this role, you will interact with various internal departments, providing a dynamic and motivating environment for your role.
- Externally, you will interact with the client's representative and partners, collaborating with internal reference procedures and instructions.
Qualification(s) requise(s) :
- Master's degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and ideally in French.
- Significant first experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, project management role (such as project engineer/project manager), or technical position with a preference for project management.
- Knowledge of the natural gas industry and new energies.
