Computational Biologist - Paris, France NONSTOP CONSULTING

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is currently seeking a talented Computational Biologist to join their team in Paris, France. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with top researchers in a brand new R&D center equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews related to knowledge graphs for projects of interest
- Collaborate with experts from different research domains
- Integrate and implement various heterogeneous and voluminous pharmaco-biological data sources
- Present results and progress to teams
- Ensure adherence to company regulations and safety rules

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of software development (required: advanced Python, OOP, Kedro, GitHub, CI/CD, VS Code, API)
- Proficient in Cloud environment (GCP, BigQuery)
- Thorough knowledge of pharmacology/biology and associated databases (OpenTarget, cMap/L1000, Chembl…)
- Strong knowledge of high-volume graph database (modeling, implementation, structuring, querying, and exploitation via graph theory)
- Machine and deep learning (GCNN)
- Proactive with great autonomy
- Results and quality-oriented
- Excellent organizational and relational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Mandatory written and spoken English
