Area Sales Manager Belgium (M/F) HIFI FILTER France

Do you like prospecting, developing new markets and building lasting business relationships?

As part of its growth, HIFI FILTER France is looking for its future ASM BELGIUM, (M/F).

YOUR DAILY MISSIONS

Within the Export sales department, you will work in the following regions:

- Industrial customers / prospects: the whole of Belgium
- Mobile customers / prospects: West and East Flanders, Brussels, Hainaut, Walloon Brabant, Namur, Liège, Luxembourg Province and Luxembourg country.

You will be the ambassador of our brand in your sector:

• Retain your portfolio of existing customers of the Mobile and Industrial activity by being a source of proposals on their issues.

• Identify and prospect new potential customers.

• To develop turnover by offering both products and associated services.

• Build a real relationship of trust and partnerships with your customers and prospects in order to establish your portfolio over the long term.

• Collaborate with internal sales support (sales rep, technical service, etc.) to offer an optimal service.

• Participate to exhibitions, trade shows, and to customer events. Coordinate and manage the organization of customer training with available tools and means (HIFI ACADEMY)

Comprehensive training on our products and markets is provided upon your arrival.

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?

• You are fluent in English, Dutch, Belgium Dutch and French

• Are you a dynamic and responsive person with excellent interpersonal skills?

• Are you an autonomous person with a sense of organization and a taste for challenge?

• Do you have successful experience in BtoB field sales, ideally with OEMs?

• Regular trips to visit customers and prospects depending on the area of responsibilities: Ideally, 4 days on the field / 1 day home office per week + Occasional trips to company's HQ

• Higher degree in commerce & Management but which can be compensated by a similar experience.

• Experienced in maintenance is a plus.

• You are comfortable with IT tools (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office Pack)
