Data & Reporting team

You'll join a Data & Reporting team to design, develop and maintain BI reporting and semantic layers on the SAP BusinessObjects platform, delivering accurate, high-performing reports and dashboards to business users across operational risk, finance and data functions.

Day to day

Day to day, you will build and maintain BO universes (Information Design Tool / UDT) and the semantic layer, develop and optimise Web Intelligence (WebI) reports, dashboards and Crystal Reports, and administer the BO platform through the Central Management Console (security, rights, scheduling, publications).

Responsibilities

• You'll work directly with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications, troubleshoot performance and data issues, and contribute to platform migrations and upgrades (e.g. BO 4.2 → 4.3) - all while keeping documentation, data quality and user support at a high standard.

Profile

A hands-on SAP BusinessObjects consultant with 3 to 5+ years of experience, ideally including BO universe design (IDT/UDT), WebI report development and CMC administration in a reporting or data-warehouse environment. A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is expected.

Core skills

Core skills: SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, Universe design IDT/UDT, CMC), strong SQL, and a solid grasp of data-warehouse and reporting concepts.

✨ Nice-to-have

Nice-to-have: Crystal Reports, SAP Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI or Tableau, exposure to operational risk / finance / regulatory reporting, data modelling and ETL awareness, and prior experience with BO platform migrations or upgrades.

Languages

Excellent English and/or French are required, with a good command of the other - French isn't mandatory at hire but will matter for your career progression down the line. Any other EU language is a bonus.
