Quercus is a luxury destination hotel and culinary experience set on 4,000 acres in Gay, Georgia. As the only Relais & Châteaux property in the state, Quercus offers an intimate, all-inclusive stay centered on exceptional service, nature, seasonal cuisine, and a deep sense of place. The property features four private cabins, allowing for a highly personalized guest experience that blends refined hospitality with curated outdoor activities, wellness offerings, and thoughtful service.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Our ideal is someone that takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable attention to detail and personalized service.

Position Details

• Flexible schedule and hours.
• Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability is required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, cabins, and public areas to luxury hospitality standards.
• Prepare guest accommodations with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every space is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are fully stocked.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Iron linens and other guest items as needed to maintain a polished presentation.
• Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional interactions with guests while respecting their privacy.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Be comfortable rotating between different areas of the property as operational needs require, including guest rooms, cottages, cabins, public spaces, and laundry.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ironing and proper linen care is required.
• English language proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with guests and respond to their needs.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and daily assignments in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment.
