The Role

You will work alongside a young and collaborative Product & Tech team, helping to define, structure, and strengthen the company's quality assurance strategy as it continues to grow. From building testing processes to validating new features before production releases, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding user experience.

This position is ideal for a curious and proactive junior profile who enjoys exploring, questioning, testing, and continuously improving processes.

Your Keys Responsibilities

• Design and help implement the compagny's QA strategy and testing framework.
• Build, document, and continuously improve testing processes.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Front-End, Back-End, and Operations teams.
• Validate new features before production releases.
• Contribute to creating a quality-first mindset across the company.
• Suggest improvements to enhance product reliability and user experience.
• Participate in discussions around future test automation opportunities.

What makes you especially perfect for this role

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in QA, software testing, or product quality.
• You speak fluently English or Spanish
• Naturally curious and eager to understand how products work.
• Structured and detail-oriented while remaining pragmatic.
• Excited by the opportunity to build processes rather than simply follow existing ones.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Speaking French
• Exposure to test automation tools or scripting.

Working conditions

• Permanent Spanish contract (40h/week)
• Based in Barcelona, in modern offices in Barcelona with a large terrace !
• Salary: €22,000 - €28,000 gross per year
