As part of the growth of its inbound sales team, the company is looking for a native or fluent German-speaking Account Manager. Your role will be to manage the sales journey of inbound prospects and customers, with a strategic focus on the German-speaking market, while also handling opportunities on an international scale

Your mission, should you accept it:
- Manage the Inbound Sales Motion: Respond to incoming enquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and accurately, qualifying opportunities and running introductory online demos.
- Own the SMB Deal Cycle: Drive discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs, technical environments, and timelines, closing small and medium deals end-to-end.
- Collaborate on Enterprise Deals: Work in a pod structure with an Account Executive on large enterprise deals, contributing account knowledge and handling the operational side of the deal cycle (pipeline chasing, proposal coordination, CRM hygiene, invoicing).
- Develop Market Expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for the German market, building deep familiarity with local buying patterns, the competitive landscape, and regional procurement or compliance expectations.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with pre-sales and Solution Architects for deep technical sessions or proofs of concept, and surface recurring customer feedback or blockers to the product team.
- Represent the Brand: Participate occasionally in international tradeshows and industry events to run booth conversations and follow up with leads.
- Maintain Sales Operations: Ensure meticulous CRM data hygiene (Hubspot), follow up tasks diligently, and contribute to the inbound sales playbook and response templates.
Description du profil
And you ?
- You possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management, inbound sales, or sales-assist for a technology product company, or within the international hospitality industry.
- You are completely fluent in both English and German (written and spoken), which is a hard requirement for this role; working knowledge of French is considered a strong plus.
- You have a strong interest in open-source software, cybersecurity, and the SaaS industry, with a natural curiosity and 'discovery-call energy' to ask the right questions and listen actively.
- You demonstrate outstanding written and spoken communication skills, business writing, and comfortable execution on phone and video calls.
- You are a self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized worker capable of managing many leads and accounts in parallel without losing track.
- You are tech-savvy, familiar with CRM tools (ideally Hubspot), and value ethics and data privacy (GDPR).
- You are currently based in Luxembourg or are fully willing to relocate to Luxembourg, and you are open to occasional international travel for industry events.
