General Manager Relais & Châteaux

We seek an exceptional hands-on General Manager to lead our luxurious boutique hotel, renowned for its stunning island location and exceptional service. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and foster a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and exceeding guest expectations

- Oversee rooms, F&B, and facilities management

- Collaborate with department managers to drive innovation and improvement

- Maintain high standards of quality and customer service

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Mendoza, Argentina

- Proven track record in luxury hospitality management -

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Strong Food and Beverage experience

- Upholding the principles and standards as a member of Relais & Chateaux

- 10+ years' experience in a senior management role

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
