By applying to this offer, you will have the opportunity to join an innovative company in the sector of technological solutions for supply chain and retail environments, offering products with high economic and operational impact, recently backed by a global market leader.
They are looking for a Solution Operations Manager to support the rapid growth of their business in France and internationally, specifically to structure a technical deployment team scaling from 10 to 50 people within 6 months. The objective will be to steer the project portfolio and optimize the allocation of strategic resources.
Your missions :
  • Run the deployment portfolio by maintaining a real-time view of progress, milestones, and risks for each project.
  • Manage capacity planning and staffing for deployment engineers based on workload and commercial priorities.
  • Improve the effectiveness of field teams by designing standardized working methodologies (playbooks, templates, onboarding bootcamps).
  • Capitalize and industrialize processes by transforming deployment successes into reusable technical assets from one project to another.
  • Drive operations with data by defining and monitoring key operational KPIs (utilization rates, deployment time).
  • Act as the client and internal interface by framing timeline expectations and feeding field observations back to the Product team.

Description du profil

What about you?
  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or a Top 5 business school.
  • You have 3 to 7 years of experience in project portfolio management, staffing, or solution team coordination, ideally acquired in a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Kearney...), a scale-up, or as a Chief of Staff.
  • You use Claude (AI) daily to accelerate your workflows (indispensable and eliminatory criterion).
  • You are fluent in professional English, which is your daily working language with international clients.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency with tech, CRM, or data visualization tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel/Sheets).
  • You are result-oriented, autonomous, and capable of turning an ambiguous problem into a concrete action plan without requiring traditional direct line management.
  • Prior experience in the retail or supply chain sectors constitutes an excellent differentiator.
