AWS is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and inspire high-performing teams across EMEA, win transformative deals, and redefine how the Energy & Utilities industry innovates with cloud and Agentic AI. Bring your passion for building businesses, your operational excellence, and your deep industry insight and help our customers accelerate their digital transformations at scale. As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of experienced account managers within AWS Energy and Utilities Industry Business Unit (E&U). You will report to the EMEA Sales Director and collaborate closely with global stakeholders to deliver on bold growth ambitions. Coach, mentor, and scale a team of senior sales professionals. Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Partner Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges. •Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity. •Experience in sales team management - Experience in enterprise commercial sales - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, communications, technical writing, or a related field, or comparable job experience - Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools La protection de votre vie privée et la sécurité de vos données constituent depuis longtemps une priorité absolue pour Amazon.
