WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Support the global teams to identify potential processes to be optimized
- Ideate and create solutions collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination
- Participate in projects related to making our business more sustainable every day
- You will work closely with a core team and will have much responsibility to accomplish your own tasks independently
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master's degree ideally from a business or engineering school or a Bachelor's degree with an additional year of professional experience
- Up to 3 years working experience in related field after graduation with a Master's degree, or up to 4 years working experience
in related field after graduation with a Bachelor's degree
- Significant international experience (studies/working/living for a minimum of 6 months) and intercultural orientation
- Open to a broad range of challenging experiences
- Outstanding social and communication skills
- Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Global perspective and desire to work abroad
- Excellent command of English and a second language is a strong advantage
- Motivation for international exchange and business trips abroad
