Airbus Helicopters is looking for a logistic process specialist (m/f) to join the Logistics Department based in Marignane, France .

Your future missions:
As part of Airbus Helicopters' new logistics project organization, the process specialist ensures the correct application, maintenance, and continuous improvement of logistics processes across Airbus Helicopters sites.
He/She ensures compliance with Airbus standards, supports process harmonization between central and local teams, manages documentation and governance frameworks, and enables the adoption of secure, robust, and standardized logistics processes.
Your main missions will be:
* Define the overall process structure of the logistics across central organization and local sites (e.g. PR10) and ensure compliance with Airbus logistics process standards through regular checks, documentation maintenance, and support to site teams
* Support harmonization of logistics processes across sites by aligning local procedures to central standards and ensuring consistent process execution.
* Maintain and update logistics process documentation (work instructions, process maps), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and version control
* Coordinate the enforcement of process requirements, ensuring correct ownership assignments, escalation paths, and adherence to defined ways of working
* Support the implementation of data-governance related to logistics processes, including supplier data-exchange protocols
* Support change management actions, including process onboarding, training, communication, and adoption monitoring across sites
