By applying to this offer, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing European SaaS company that is revolutionizing communication in the construction industry. Their solution, often called the 'Super WhatsApp' for construction sites, is already used by 40,000 active users and major industry leaders.
They are looking for a Business Developer / Account Executive DACH to spearhead their expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The objective is to replicate their French success by targeting local subsidiaries of major construction groups and regional players.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:


  • Develop sales through targeted prospecting of major construction players (subsidiaries of groups like Vinci, Bouygues, Strabag, Hochtief, etc.).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and discovery to product demos and closing.
  • Map complex organizations to identify key decision-makers (Branch Managers, Operations Directors, Site Managers).
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and the French Key Account team to adapt the sales playbook to the DACH market.
  • Act as a market pioneer by feeding local product requirements back to the Product team.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across the DACH region.
  • Ensure accurate reporting in the CRM and contribute to the global commercial strategy.

Description du profil

Who you are:
  • You are a Native German speaker (essential requirement).
  • You are fluent in English (internal communication is in English).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the construction tech, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Alternatively, you have an operational background in construction (Site Manager, Project Manager) with a strong commercial drive.
  • You have a 'hunter' DNA: you are proactive, comfortable with cold calling, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • You are highly autonomous and capable of managing your territory like your own business.
  • You enjoy field work and are ready to spend about 2 days a week on the road.
