Managing Director - Investment Advisory Fed Africa

We are looking for a Managing Director (M/F) on behalf of a finance client - Investment Advisor in West Africa.

As head of the investment consulting firm, you will be responsible of overseeing the origination and execution of wide range transactions in value, with the following full set of responsibilities in M&A Transactions :
* Developing existing relationships and building new ones ;
* Supports and generates business development and client service activities ;
* Management and mentoring of Analysts and Associates ;
* Leading client meetings and pitches ; and providing strategic advice and proposals ;
* Interact daily with client management teams to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives ;
* Ensure the successful completion of ongoing projects.

Master's degree or equivalent in finance or management;
At least 10 years of significant experience in transactional services (investment banking, investment funds, private equity, structured finance, etc.)
Good knowledge of the West African market.
