We need a Expert Business Analyst to help the Product Owner of Cornerstone on Demand (YES Learning) LMS Module @AXA.

The ressource will help the team with several activities, such as (but not exhaustively) :

Service deliverables:

• Drive to to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, releases analysis, impact etc in partnership with the BAU Lead.
• Drive to Directly take in charge some L3 (complex) tickets if needed
• Drive to small projects / Non Standard Requests / Feature Analysis
• Service with closely with Product Owner on the product life cycle.
• Service with the Product Owner and the BAU Lead to implement a new governance with entities & Group Stakeholders
• Drive to several CSOD related improvement initiatives.
• Expertise to Identify recurring training needs for our entity local admins, and lead training/refresher sessions.
