Take this opportunity to make an impact on a global scale within a leading international group. In this role, you will collaborate and contribute to innovative projects across borders. Please note that this position requires regular on-site presence at our site in Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny.

Your tasks:

• Leading global operations, manage the daily business of Plansee Group across international markets, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals

• Being a bridge between market & strategy, collaborating with the group's leadership and act as the vital link between market insights, business strategy, and production to drive innovation and growth

• Develop and maintain product roadmap, represent market needs and trends within the group to guide product and business decisions

• Push and challenge internal decision-making and oversee lifecycle management & innovation to foster agility, and responsiveness across teams and locations in the group

• Reporting to Business Segment Manager, maintain cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure effective product positioning, internal trainings, and global alignment

• Close interaction with customers (key account notably)

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years' experience in the field of Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or Development, SME or industrial sector experience is a strong plus

• You possess strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

• You are fluent in English, and you are a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups

• You are proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM related tools

• You are available and willing to travel internationally (>25%) to gather insights, guide product direction and to engage directly with clients and markets worldwide

Le Groupe Plansee est un groupe industriel international spécialisé dans le traitement des métaux que sont le molybdène et le tungstène.
