Inspecteur CND/Pilote de Drone H/F INTERACTION

Interaction Expert Naval is recruiting for its client, a company specialized in marine Drone Services, a Inspecteur CND/Pilote de Drone H/F.
Position Mission:
-Preparation and planning of inspections for in industry, port and maritime environments, in compliance with current procedures and regulations.
-Acquisition of inspection data using drone piloting: flight planning, selection of appropriate equipment and sensors (visual, thermal, multispectral, etc.), and adherence to European regulatory scenarios.
-Execution of non-destructive testing (NDT) on site using suitable methods (ultrasonic, visual, magnetic particle, etc.) to assess the integrity of metallic structures.
-Analysis and interpretation of collected data (images, videos, measurements) from drone inspections and NDT techniques, including the detection of anomalies or non-conformities.
-Drafting detailed inspection reports, including technical analysis, findings, recommendations, and, where appropriate, proposed corrective measures.
-Regulatory and technical monitoring regarding developments in NDT standards, drone piloting, and maritime sector specifics (safety, environment, pollution, etc.).
-First-level maintenance of drone and NDT equipment, management of spare parts inventory, and monitoring of equipment airworthiness.
Permanent contract, based in Nantes
Salary to be negotiated

Minimum two-year degree (Bac+2 or equivalent) in physical measurements, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Recognized NDT certification (COFREND 2 or equivalent).
Drone pilot certificate (CATS or equivalent) is not required at the time of hiring: training can be provided internally or through an accredited organization, with support until the certificate and practical training attestation are obtained, in accordance with European regulations.
Experience in the maritime or industrial sector is highly valued.
Fluency in English is mandatory (reading and writing technical documents, communicating with international stakeholders, using specialized software).
