Waiter/Waitress (English & Spanish Speaking) - Finca La Donaira Relais & Châteaux

Finca La Donaira, part of the Relais & Châteaux family, is an eco-retreat that combines understated luxury with organic farming and equestrian tradition in Andalusia, Spain, across 700 hectares of unspoiled nature. Its nine individually designed rooms create a warm, inviting atmosphere and are complemented by a spa featuring a spring-fed outdoor pool, indoor pool, steam bath, wood-fired sauna, and icy plunge pool.

Life on the farm follows regenerative agriculture principles, with free-roaming livestock enriching the soil naturally. This "seed to table" philosophy ensures that most ingredients are sourced from our own land or trusted local producers. Our commitment to sustainability also extends to our vineyards, where we revive ancient grape varieties to craft natural wines full of character.

La Donaira is equally dedicated to natural well-being. Our handmade natural cosmetics, prepared on-site using ingredients from our medicinal garden, are offered as thoughtful amenities for each guest.

We are looking for a passionate and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be part of a close-knit service team, delivering a warm, natural, and detail-oriented guest experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

- Provide friendly, professional, and personalised service to guests
- Prepare and set up service areas (restaurant, terrace, events)
- Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and wines
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and sommelier team
- Ensure smooth service flow and attention to detail at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

Profile

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both required)
- Passion for gastronomy, wine, and guest experience
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Interest in sustainable and farm-to-table concepts is a plus
