Front Desk Reception Manager - Full time - Cashel Palace Hotel Relais & Châteaux

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced permanent full time Front Desk Reception Manager to join us at The Cashel Palace Hotel.

A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Passionate about standards and committed to offering a superior guest experience

· Ability to lead, motivate and assist a strong reception team and ensure all Palace People are motivated, happy and well-trained

· A hands-on, customer-facing management style is essential

• To recruit, train and develop the Reception Team
• Maintain, implement and set new standards for the department
• This role will involve working 5 days over 7 to include weekend work.
• Excellent Communications Skills (Written & Verbal)
• Permission to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
• Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirable
