Front Desk Receptionist - Part time - Cashel Palace Hotel Relais & Châteaux

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced permanent part time Front Desk Receptionist to join us at The Cashel Palace Hotel. (16-24 hours)

A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Receive and register guests on arrival in line with Company check-in procedures.
• Answer telephone calls promptly (within 3 rings) in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure that all documentation relating to the registration and checking out of guests is in accordance with Company procedures.
• This role will involve working 5 days over 7 to include weekend work.
• Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirable
• Hotsoft experience and advantage
