By applying for this position, you will have the opportunity to join a European leader in hospitality software that has been building innovative technology solutions for nearly 15 years to help businesses manage their operations efficiently. They are currently leveraging generative AI to revolutionize the industry.
They are looking for a Key Account Director to lead the strategic growth of their most critical enterprise customers. The objective is to manage a high-value, multi-country portfolio and drive the company toward its ambitious €100M growth target by 2030.
Your missions:
  • Own the full P&L and ARR growth strategy for a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with global growth ambitions.
  • Drive significant ARR expansion through enterprise-wide upsell, cross-sell, and solution penetration.
  • Lead complex renewal negotiations and multi-year enterprise agreements at a C-suite and board level.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focused on ROI and innovation.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across Product, Customer Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership.
  • Proactively manage churn risks and identify 'white-space' opportunities across different geographies and business units.
  • Mentor and elevate Key Account Managers within the organization to build best practices.

Description du profil

What about you?
  • You have 8 to 12+ years of experience in enterprise account management or commercial leadership within B2B SaaS.
  • You are a Guru in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector and are highly connected within this industry.
  • You have a proven track record of managing multi-million-euro global enterprise accounts.
  • You possess strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
  • You have deep commercial acumen and a data-driven, analytical mindset.
  • You are comfortable operating in a matrixed, international environment.
