**Job Description:**
* * The E2E Logistics Project Manager is accountable for driving key work packages of the strategic logistics transformation of Airbus Helicopters as well as project management of the overall transformation (Project Management Office). *
* Cross-functional and transnational accountabilities. Key impact on AH transformation project, Site Spe 2.0 implementation and success, AH Ramp up, Company Costs and Cash Flow. *
* Drive and drumbeat the definition of the logistics requirements: *
* * develop the 2030 strategic roadmap of Logistics: Logistics of the Future. *
* * Develop the logistics parts of Site Spe 2.0 *
* * design the architecture of the E2E logistics flows. *
* * define the Make or Buy policy *
* * develop state-of-the art logistics specifications of AH global footprint for upcoming Call-for-Tenders whilst ensuring full alignment with the 2030 strategic roadmap. *
* Lead and steer critical strategic transformation project work packages at site level and/or globally. *
* * Define and lead the implementation of new and large-scale logistics activities associated with our End-To-End Lean Logistics & Transformation project and the Logistics 4.0 project *
* * Develop robust tools, processes and in-house competences in order to reach full control of logistics steering. *
* * Design and implement new / disruptive logistics concepts and solutions. *
* * Optimize cross-functional organizations involved in Logistics operations. (S&S, M&T's, Supply Chain, Quality, Export Control, Customs). *
* * Set up a sound and systematic training path for new comers. *
* * Build business-cases associated with transformation project work packages in partnership with Finance. and obtain their validation and necessary budget from ED, Transformation plan, CAPCOM and/or FINCOM. *
* * Maximize the competitiveness of AH global Logistics set up (main KPIs are Service, Levels, lead-times, OTQ, flexibility to demand changes and Material and Overhead). *
* * Coordinate and drumbeat cross-functional organizations involved in the transformation of Logistics operations (S&S, M&T's, Supply Chain, Quality, Export Control, Customs, FMRE etc.) *
* Organize, frame and project manage the future state-of-the art logistics specifications of AH global footprint in preparation of the next large-scale Call-for-Tender, fully aligned with the strategic roadmap. *
**Project management**
* * Drumbeat the project with a particular attention to deliverables, operational performance and to the business case. *
* * Define and lead the governance of the project. *
* * Manage the Logistic Provider and project team in the international environment. *
* * Monitor and trace project scope and business case changes. *
* * Drive customers buy-in, advise and take action to achieve the strategic and sensitive change dimension of the project. *
* * Develop strong and professional business relationships with the Logistics Provider and with internal customers based on facts & figures, transparency on root causes of issues, curative and corrective actions, and improvement roadmap. *
* * Ensure risk management with internal stakeholders and Logistics Provider, perform root cause analysis and manage mitigation plans. *
* * Report the progress of the Project at top management level. *
* * Support communication with internal customers (Logistics transformation roadmap, project status, decisions, action plan...). *
* * Support the project team to unlock local roadblocks. *
