We are recruiting a Customer Delight for Social Media (M/F) to join a world leader in remote customer relations, based in Lisbon.

Your missions

As a Customer Delight for Social Media, your main responsibilities will be:

• Support SMEs in the digital advertising sector in order to develop their activity.
• Ensure fast support by chat, email, and telephone.
• Advise on advertising tools and platforms to optimize their performance.
• Resolve technical problems, answer questions, and guarantee a quality customer experience.
• Retain customers and collaborate with teams to continuously improve the services offered.

Candidate Profile

• French or German or Dutch native (C1 professional).
• 1 year experience in customer relations or digital marketing.
• Excellent oral and written expression in English.
• Ease on the phone and sense of listening.
• Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Versatility, rigor, and team spirit.
• Higher education degree required.

• Compensation: €1,073 / month
• Fixed-term contract
