**Job Description:**
**Airbus Commercial Aircraft* * is looking for a * ME Business Methods Engineer * (f/m)* * to join our * CoC Manufacturing Engineering * based in ** Nantes, France.**
You will be part of a team developing digital Work Preparation processes, methods and tools for all Airbus plants. As part of theOMMD3 team, you will be involved in the harmonized ERP solution (ARP) for Manufacturing Engineering aiming at enabling industrial excellence and contributing to the Company's profitability.

**Your challenges:**
* Deploy and maintain efficient and integrated production solutions for Manufacturing Engineering.
* Lead project activities within the Agile Release Train (ART) following SAFe methodologies.
* Manage Business Acceptance Tests and drive feedback loops with end-users.
* Collaborate with transnational partners (Airbus Ops, ASA) to harmonize industrial methods.
* Monitor project financials (actuals, budget transfers) and ensure updated documentation.
**Your boarding pass:**
* Degree in Engineering or Business with experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Methods.
* Strong knowledge of ARP / SAP ME transactions and Work Preparation processes.
* Proven experience in Agile Project Management (SAFe framework is a plus).
* Proficiency in Configuration Management principles and 3D/PLM landscape.
* Negotiation level in English is mandatory, french or german is a plus.
