They are looking for an SDR Manager to lead and scale an international high-performing inside sales team based in Madrid. Your objective will be to structure prospecting processes (inbound and outbound) to conquer European markets, particularly France, Spain, and the UK.

They are looking for an SDR Manager to lead and scale an international high-performing inside sales team based in Madrid. Your objective will be to structure prospecting processes (inbound and outbound) to conquer European markets, particularly France, Spain, and the UK.
Your missions if you accept them:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a top-tier team of SDRs and BDRs.
- Design and continuously optimize multi-channel prospecting strategies and messaging frameworks by market segment.
- Monitor performance through precise KPIs (activities, meetings booked, pipeline value, conversion rates).
- Ensure perfect alignment between Marketing (MQLs) and Sales Managers (closing).
- Guarantee operational excellence in the use of CRM and Sales Intelligence tools.
- Analyze market feedback to refine targeting and commercial discourse.
Description du profil
And you?
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development, with strong expertise in outbound prospecting.
- You already have a successful initial experience (1 to 2 years) in managing a sales team.
- You are fluent in three languages: French, Spanish, and English (mandatory).
- You are data-driven, organized, and capable of turning data into concrete actions.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a natural ability to unite a team around ambitious goals.
