**Job Description:**
Within Airbus Helicopters' IT organization , IM Strategy & Architecture department is responsible to support the company's strategy and business roadmaps in proposing global architecture design for decision making and implementation framing.
The challenges of the international team are to build and deploy a strategy around innovative technologies in perpetual evolution, to master convergence, standardize means, simplify and modernize the information system.
The team is in contact with a large audience of stakeholders (business directorates, digital transformation office, IM representatives, Airbus divisions - subsidiaries, partners...) in an international context.
This mission of Enterprise Technical Architects covers a large scope, different domains (business, IT), innovation topics and the role is becoming similar to internal business / IT consultant for architecture design (civil or military projects).

This position allows you to be at the heart of the company's strategic issues, to be an actor in the company's transformation by being accountable for technical choices.

Your mission and responsibilities are to :
* Consolidate and deliver Application Portfolio Management product's roadmap of evolutions.
* Consolidate and deliver Sparx EA product's roadmap of evolution.
* Support Solution Architects in the adoption of the tool you are in charge of.
* Contribute to the evolution of AH Enterprise Architecture framework, identifying harmonization opportunities through architecture pattern and guidelines improvement and EA tools integration.
* Promote architecture guidance, roadmaps, principles, standards and best practices to AH Architects community.
* Support the decision making process of the digital solutions investment considering all business challenges.
* Contributes to the network of architects at all levels of the portfolio, through top down communication and feedback gathering to support continuous improvement of EA function.
* Practice and challenge the EA framework in the frame projects architecture design
* Bring innovative capabilities for supporting architects community (AI for architecture discipline - knowledge base...)
* Your profile: *
You have the following training, experience and skills:
* Strong knowledge of Solution Architecture design practice (from business processes to technical architecture).
* Knowledge on standard architecture frameworks and repositories for enterprise architecture: Togaf, IAF, Application Portfolio Management, ServiceNow, Sparx EA and Archimate IS Modelisation.
* Leadership experience and ability to direct teams and manage their work.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a team-based setting and alone.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
* Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
* Experience in computer science, information technology (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in an international context.
* Experience in Business Consulting and Architecture Advisory is a plus.
* Advanced level of English

* Proven ability to work well with others, able to facilitate and negotiate,
