We're looking for a creative soul to join the marketing team at The Xara Collection; a portfolio of unique hospitality experiences rooted in charm, elegance, and genuine Maltese hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the PR and Marketing Manager
• Create and curate engaging visual content for our social media channels
• Design on-brand graphics for both digital and print; think social posts, stories, brochures, menus, event invites, and more
• Updates on Hotel and Restaurant Websites
• Contribute to campaign ideas and help bring them to life across all platforms
• Work closely with departments on photoshoots and video content
• Keep online presence fresh, exciting, and aligned with brand look & feel
• Stay on top of trends (design, social, digital, culture) and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Be involved in shaping the voice of The Xara Collection across all touchpoints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Photography and/or videography skills
• Experience working in lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brands
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of design tools
• Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
