Our client operates within a group specialized in industrial supplies and services, structured around three main pillars: supply of industrial equipment (with a focus on rotating machinery), repair and reliability services for industrial pumps, and technical repair services for machine foundations. The group serves key players in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, steel, food, and energy industries across the BeNeLux region.



In addition to product sales, the group provides preventive and corrective maintenance for its customers and has long-standing maintenance contracts with major industrial players.



The Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and nurturing customer relationships, driving business growth, and promoting the company's full range of services. This role requires a strong technical background, a natural commercial instinct, and autonomy to manage your agenda and customer base effectively.

Key Responsibilities :



  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in your assigned territory.
  • Business Development: Identify and approach new prospects to grow the customer portfolio.
  • Sales Promotion: Actively promote all services and solutions offered by the group.
  • Sales Administration: Manage commercial projects, prepare proposals, and respond to client needs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Department based at headquarters.
  • Collaboration: Maintain frequent communication with the main office and work on-site once a week.
  • Territory Management: Be responsible for clients across Wallonia and Brussels, operating from your home office.

Description du profil

What about you?



  • Native Dutch speaker with a good command of English (French is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or another technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical affinity and motivation to work with industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication and commercial presentation skills.
  • Autonomous, self-organized, and driven to achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented with a strong "hunter" mindset.
