Description du poste
As part of the EUROPE R&D TEAM (~30 PEOPLE: FR / IT / CH), you will be RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES on an International scale, ensuring technical and operational alignment between the various divisions, as well as the planning, organisation and implementation of functional and integration tests. It will be essential to ensure the technical excellence of the product and the absence of critical bugs, actively contributing to its continuous evolution.
MAIN MISSIONS:
- Organizes, monitors, and guides the development process, supervising the work of our main electronic and software partner,
- Coordinate software development activities between internal R&D
teams and with the main technology supplier (TEAM OF 5 PEOPLE BASED IN FRANCE),
- Facilitate communication between divisions,
- Define and supervise the planning and execution of tests,
- Promote best practices in DevOps, Continuous Integration and Testing,
- Contribute to the strategic definition of the software architecture
integrated into our equipment, ensuring the performance of our developments and the scalability and security of our solutions.
IN PARTICULAR:
- Receive functional specifications from his manager: what is expected or necessary for the Global Control (Based on Marketing, R&D, Customer),
- Convert it in the detailed specification inside the DevOps software (SPIRA),
- Organize & manage all the development process (Dev, Testing, Tracking),
- Ensure that the control answers the initial needs, maintaining in-depth communication with intern teams.

Description du profil
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related,
* Experience and affinity for software development and design of
modern and smart user interfaces, and / or computerized controls for
industrial equipment,
* Experience and/or aptitude for coordination and project planning.
HARD-SKILLS:
* Knowledge of operating systems (Linux ...),
* Knowledge of at least one major programming language ??(C++,
QT, Python, Java),
* Familiarity with tracking (Spira) and versioning tools (Git),
* Experience in the design and implementation of automated tests and test frameworks,
* Knowledge of Network protocols and Data communication,
* Technical Project management,
* MANDATORY: ENGLISH READ / SPOKEN / WRITTEN.
SOFT-SKILLS:
* Leadership and problem solving skills in dynamic and multicultural
environments,
* Strong aptitude for Teamwork and collaboration,
* Autonomous and organized,
* Sense of innovation,
* Analysis and synthesis aptitudes.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
* FIX SALARY: 50 - 60KEUR gross per year depending on experience,
paid over 12 months,
* HOURS: 'Statut Cadre - 218 Jours au forfait avec RTT',
* Remote: 100% on-site position, no remote work,
* TRAVEL: Occasional between the various divisions (France, Italy and
Switzerland) are part of the job,
* REMOTE: 100% ON SITE - OUR CLIENT WANTS TO PROMOTE TEAM WORK,
* BENEFITS: On-site cafeteria, 50% Health insurance coverage, CSE.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS: 2 on-site interviews with the RSI, our future
Manager and the HR Manager.
