**Vos challenges:**

* Mettre en place et gérer les offres et contrats Smart (à l'heure) et Temps et Matériel, avec une responsabilité et une imputabilité totales, en établissant une relation client étroite.

* Gérer et promouvoir activement toutes les actions clés auprès des parties prenantes afin de soutenir une activité rentable et durable, tout en garantissant la satisfaction client.

* Consolider et développer une relation durable avec le client/utilisateur final et le maître d'ouvrage.

* Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels et financiers.



**Votre profil : **

* Plus de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de contrats dans l'industrie.

* Master en gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent.

* Maîtrise du compte de résultat, des règles de finance et de contrôle de gestion.

* Vous êtes à l'aise avec la réglementation Part 145, les normes de navigabilité et la réglementation sur le contrôle des exportations.

* Autonomie, flexible, curieux, doté d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, esprit d'équipe et entrepreneurial et du sens du service client.



*Compéténces Linguistiques :*

* La maîtrise de l'anglais (lu, écrit et parlé) est indispensable.

* Un niveau avancé de français et d'allemand serait un atout.

**Airbus Helicopters* * is looking for a * Service & support contract manager * (f/m)* * to join our * MRO - Support & Service departement * based in * La Billone, Les Pennes-Mirabeau *, France.**

You will be part of a team managing Support & Service Contracts. As part of the S&S Contract manager , you will be involved in contract management for services aiming at ensuring customer satisfaction and contracts performances.

**Your challenges:**

* To set up and manage Smart (by-the-hour) and Time & Material offers & contracts with E2E responsibility and accountability, establishing close customer proximity

* To manage & drumbeat all key actions with stakeholders involved to support profitable & sustainable business while ensuring customer satisfaction

* To secure & develop a sustainable relationship with the Customer/End-user & the Contracting Authority

* Ensure achievement of the operational and financial targets



**Your profile:**

* +10 years of professional experience in contract management in Industry.

* Master degree in Management, engineering or similar

* P&L mastering, Finance & Controlling rules.

* Your are confortable with Part145, Airworthiness regulations and Export control regulation rules.

* Fluent in english (reading, writting and speaking) is mandatory

* Advence level of French and German language would be appreciated

* We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous, flexible, curious with good communication skills, entrepreneurial and customer oriented.

* You are a team player, customer oriented and service minded.
