RESPONSABLE OPÉRATIONNEL DE COMMANDES F/H Expectra

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the E2E operation for French Market, analyze root causes of non-performance and drive
mitigation actions
- Team ups and pro-actively work with customers' points of contact to take away roadblocks in the
daily operations
- Working closely with the various stakeholders within Philips DA to ensure a smooth fulfillment
by managing order desk, logistics administration, operational master data management, working
together with Integrated Warehousing & Distribution (IW&D) for seamless logistics execution
according to customer requirements
- Acts as operational contact point for sales team to provide a daily view on order intake and sales
realization (Orderbook follow up, Allocations)
- Works with Warehouse & Distribution Team (Logistic & Transport), while alignment
requirements with customers, to maintain cost to serve.
- KPI performance : drive OTIF for your market by applying lean way of working & problem solving
to close the gap
- Optimizes E2E fulfillment process from order receiving till entitled returns

Poste basé à la Défense, Salaire entre 40 et 50 ke , 3 jours de Télétravail, Tickets Restaurant.

De formation Bac+2, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 années minimum dans un environnement commercial ou chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Votre anglais est courant , maîtrise de SAP.
