The Role
As After Sales Country Manager, you'll lead all post-sales and contracting operations across New Caledonia. You'll take full ownership of the P&L, drive performance, and ensure best-in-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the After Sales P&L to meet strategic and financial objectives.
- Localize and implement global strategy, tools, and best practices.
- Build and present a 4-year strategic and financial growth plan.
- Identify new revenue streams via customer insights and market analysis.
- Oversee third-party service providers (subcontractors, parts distributors, call centers) for quality, cost, and service levels.
- Ensure full compliance with KPIs, SLAs, legal, and health & safety standards.
- Manage service delivery quality, honoring both internal policies and client contracts.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, lead negotiations, and manage escalations.
- Lead, train, and grow the local After Sales team into a high-performing unit.

What We're Looking For
- ~7 years' experience in after-sales or service operations, ideally in an international or complex technical environment.
- Proven leadership, business acumen, and ability to drive strategic initiatives locally.
- Strong customer focus, with a track record of improving service KPIs.
- Experience managing teams and external partners.
- Technical or engineering background (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
