We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality to join our team for the 2026 season.

As part of our hospitality team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the warm and authentic spirit of Borgo Pignano. You will work closely with colleagues and management to ensure impeccable and personalized 5-star service in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle check-in and check-out operations efficiently and professionally
• Deliver guest services in line with Borgo Pignano's Relais & Châteaux standards
• Assist guests with reservations for on-site experiences and dining
• Monitor, calculate, and record guest billing and charges
• Manage guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain up-to-date reports required by management

Reports to:
Front Office Manager

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within 4*/5* environments
• Strong guest orientation and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player
• Excellent English (a second language is a plus)
• Emotional intelligence, empathy, and composure under pressure
• Well-groomed and aligned with sustainability values
• Own transport required
• Verifiable professional references
