ArianeGroup GmbH in Bremen / Ottobrunn is looking for a 'Business Relationship manager on System & Software Engineering (d/f/m)' for the department 'System Engineering' with immediate effect. The department is responsible to define and maintain in operational condition IM tools and methods on System and Software Engineering domains.

Your main tasks and activities:
Focal point for all German sites on Technical and Functional support:
Requirement Engineering
Model Based System Engineering
Verification & Validation
Engineering Data Management
Software Engineering Environment
You will capture and analyze the internal customer needs. Moreover, you willdefine the tools specification, the technical and functional interface with existing tools as well asthe process / methods to users.
Your Main activities will be:
Managing the end-to-end service as perceived by the customer (when service facing customer)
Ensuring the communication with the key users / customers in the project phase and when important changes are performed
Leading changes,
in the scope of the change board meetings,
on the service when a specific enhancement, application upgrade or adaptation of the configuration is foreseen,
jointly with Information Technologies Operation Manager,
during the operational life of the service
Responsible of continuous improvement of the service: new functions, increased performance, new site, new perimeter
Ensuring that the service is deployed and accessible in all expected sites / network / users when delivered to operations
You have the following qualifications:
You have ideally an Engineering degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent knowledge.
You have knowledge of relevant domains such as System Engineering, Data Management and Software Development. Any specific competencies in IBM DOORS, JIRA/Confluence, Pulsar, Capella, Bitbucket, Git, Scrum would be of advantage
You have several years of experience working in the IM environment or in a software development environment
You are autonomous, service-minded, dynamic
You like innovative ways of working and have an agile mindset
You are fully fluent in both English and German (speak, read, write). French would be a plus.

This site, located on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Bremen in north-west Germany, has specialised in the development and manufacture of the upper stage of the Ariane launchers since the start of the programme. Its experts are responsible for the design, development and final integration of the Ariane 6 upper stage. They are also developing the Astris Kick Stage, an additional upper stage powered by the future reignitable bi-propellant engine called Berta, which will further enhance Ariane 6's versatility. The Bremen site also produces metal tanks for the orbital propulsion systems.
