Procurement Manager - Full time - Cashel Palace Hotel Relais & Châteaux

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially astute and meticulous Procurement Manager to lead the purchasing strategy for our award-winning 5-star property. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring that every product-from artisanal local produce to luxury linens-meets the exacting standards of a world-class hotel while maintaining rigorous cost control and sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and partner with premium suppliers that align with our brand's luxury positioning and sustainability ethos.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead complex negotiations to secure best-in-class value, quality, and service levels.
• System Oversight: Manage and optimise the hotel's purchasing systems, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Procure Wizard.
• Cost Control: Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Heads of Departments to achieve annual operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Inventory & Audit: Oversee stock control and management across all operational departments, ensuring data integrity and internal control compliance.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior procurement or purchasing role, ideally within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.
• Skills: Expert negotiation, financial data analysis, and vendor management skills.
• Attributes: A 'service-driven' mindset befitting a luxury environment, with a commitment to discretion and integrity.
• Qualifications: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
