**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a* Customer Services SCQM #24/7 (f/m)* to join our Aftermarket Supplier Operations based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team managing performance for Equipment and Systems suppliers. As part of the Aftermarket Supplier Operations team, you will be involved in Approving, Monitoring, Assessing and Developing Supplier's supply chain performance for aftermarket aiming at ensuring parts availability for in service fleets (spare, repair, overhaul).

*Your challenges : *
The aim of the aftermarket SCQM is to work with suppliers to robustify the supply chain, having all suppliers deliver on time and quality (spares, repairs, overhaul, ...) for Airlines and Airbus customer services orders. For that, the aftermarket SCQM is connected with all Customer Services business lines (FHS, Satair, Upgrade/Retrofit, ...) but also with Procurement operations, Procurement Services and for some cases Quality.
The main activities of the aftermarket SCQM are:
* Manage supplier quality Approval/Authorization ensuring suppliers are compliant with certifications required (Part 145, Part 21).
* Monitor supply chain & quality being responsible for On Time and On Quality performance.
* Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance Initiate and manage supplier recovery or development plan linked to performance & compliance, in coordination with the Supplie
* Development Manager Identify & Manage the supplier's industrial risks (ToW, M&A, organization changes, etc...
* Communicate supplier's performance and recovery/development plan with our stakeholders and customers (participate to customer's event)
* Act as supplier escalation point in S for all supply chain & quality aspects and maintain close communication and coordination with the operational teams (FHS, Upgrade, Satair)
*Your boarding pass : *
With a 5-year degree in engineering and/or Business school, you have at least 5 years of experience in engineering, purchasing, supply chain or logistics or strong Repair Shop experience :
* Significant experience in supply chain or procurement operation (Gemba, 8D/9S...)
* Good personal organization, rigor
* Clear communication
* Collaborative mind-set & stakeholder management skill
* Fluent English
* Good knowledge of FHS, Satair and Upgrade business would be a plus
* Good knowledge of customer support (Airline's operation) would be a plus
* Good knowledge of regulation EASA Part 145 and Part 21 would be a plus
