The project and offer assistant will play a critical role in assisting leadership in their project tracking and financial reporting tasks. This individual will report into the CyberLab R&D manager and will be responsible to contribute to the quality of offers and marketing materials. This individual will leverage our suite of cybersecurity products and services to craft compelling proposals that address the needs of our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SOC operations, cyber training, and the broader cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
RFP Assistance :
Assist with quality control of the response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, and operational departments, to gather necessary information.
Develop and manage a centralized repository of proposal content and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Proposal Development :
Edit, and review proposals to ensure they are clear, compelling, and aligned with client requirements.
Tailor proposals to highlight the unique value propositions of our SOC operations and cyber training services.
Ensure all proposals are compliant with the client's specifications and submission deadlines.
Opportunity Identification :
Utilize market research, industry events, and networking to identify and qualify new opportunities.
Continuous Improvement :
Analyze win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the proposal process.
Implement best practices and develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid management function.
Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure proposals remain competitive and relevant
Project administrations
Assist with tracking of running costs
Measure and report KPIs of services and report findings to management
Description du profil
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· A strong interest and experience within the Cyber security industry.
· Strong understanding of SOC operations, cyber training, and cybersecurity products and services.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
· Proven track record of successfully managing and winning bids.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
Skills:
Experience with government and enterprise RFPs in the cybersecurity sector.
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Certification in proposal management (e.g., APMP) is a plus.
Proficient in English (mandatory).
Fluency in French or Dutch is a plus.
