IT Technician Specialist (m/f) Relais & Châteaux

We are searching for a candidate who would join our IT Manager in the position of IT Technician Specialist. If you believe that you are a good match for the following job description please apply and join our team.

The IT Technician's role consists of:
- Proactive monitoring of equipment,
- IPTV
- Preparation, configuration, documentation, and handover of equipment to employees
- Supporting fellow hotel employees and guests
- Maintaining and managing the video surveillance system
- Testing and documenting passive equipment
- Testing the validity and anomalies of the hotel's IT equipment
- Replacing cables and equipment to maintain the level and quality and optimize the work
- Performing other administrative tasks as instructed by the IT manager

What we are looking for from our new IT team member:
- Experience of at least 2 years
- Knowledge of advanced informatics, hardware, network, and protocols
- Experience working with optics
- High level of meticulousness
- Willingness to do field work and physical activities
