ADENES,an international disaster recovery and services group, is recruiting an Application Support Specialist M/F to join our team based inPorto.

As partof the modernization and ramp-up of our hybrid platform (On-Premise & AzureCloud), we are seeking a Level 2 Application Support who will play a key rolein maintaining our application solutions in operational condition andcontinuously improving our support and operational processes. Reportingdirectly to the Application Operations and Support Manager, you will provideLevel 2 technical support for our applications, ensuring the quick andefficient resolution of incidents and user requests.
Your mainresponsibilities will be:
IncidentManagement
- Handleproduction incidents originating from Level 1 support
- Analyzethe root cause and provide an initial diagnosis
- Ifnecessary, escalate to the Level 3 team of the solution concerned
- Followup the process until complete resolution and communicate with the appropriateteams.
Monitoringand Supervision
- Monitoringsystems and applications in production using monitoring tools
- Detect,diagnose, and report incidents and anomalies in real time. ProcedureDevelopment and Implementation
- Participatein the design, formalization, and continuous improvement of support andoperations procedures
- Contributeto the implementation and deployment of new processes in conjunction with theIT and business teams
- Documentrecurring incidents and best practices to facilitate learning.
ChangeManagement
- Monitorand participate in application deployments and planned changes (MEPs, patches,updates, fixes).
- Continuous Improvement and Industrialization
- Participatein the documentation and automation of recurring tasks (scripts, tools, etc.);
- Contributeto improving application reliability and performance.
Technical Environment: Azure, .NET, Angular, SQL Server,PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch
Description du profil
You haveat least two years of experience in application support.
RequiredSkills:
- Provenexperience in Level 2 application support.
- Proficiencyin .NET and Angular technologies
- Goodknowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch databases
- Abilityto analyze and resolve complex technical issues. • Excellent communication andcustomer relations skills.
- Abilityto work in a team and manage priorities.
- Fluent in French and English.
