**Job Description:**

For our plan in Marignane (Marseille area) we are looking for an industrial architect to support us in the development of H160M programme; This industrial architect will be dedicated on the MCA (Rear Fuse), and CA Marignane (Heavy store Carrier, ECS, Landing Gear,...) industrialization.

The objective of the *Industrial Architect is to deliver an optimized Industrial System* concept compliant with requirements, the plan to verify and validate this concept, and the cascade of all the associated requirements for the detailed Industrial System definition.

It is applicable to all new Projects and Programs (customization phase for space) , including aircraft derivatives, major upgrades and major modifications of an existing Product/Program.

An 'Industrial System' refers to all important industrial features that need to be defined in the frame of a new programme/ derivative/ step change, such as Industrial structure breakdown and interfaces, manufacturing and assembly flow description, industrial processes, technology selection, transportation and handling, major machines, jigs and tools for assembly lines, line design, all major assemblies and critical elementary parts, industrial performances (costs, cycle times, workload, rate, ramp-up...).

In his role, the Industrial Architect shall secure the consideration of industrial aspects in the Aircraft definition and manage the design of the Industrial System in synchronization with the Aircraft design, increasing maturity throughout early development.

*In the frame of the H160M Program development,* the Industrial Architect will lead the Industrial Architecture of Industrial Development in synchronization with Program Schedule from early development phase (MG2) until the mature serial production (MG7) and serial assembly (MG9). The Industrial Architect is in charge of the handover to Serial teams for the Aircraft perimeter (s)he is in charge of.

*Tasks description:*

Project management (H160M MCA Rear Fuse and CA Marignane industrialization)
The industrial architect :

- will be accountable to a complete system or large-scale subsystem,

- will have to negociate and perform representation with diversified, multi-disciplinary decision-makers (class 16 and + / and institutions / external companies)

- will have to s ignificantly contributes to the performance of a group of multi-disciplinary teams (complete system or large-scale subsystem) and transnational

- will be accountable to animate and share the vision for the MCA and CA MArignane industrialization for the H160M,

- will coordinate a cross functional teams (Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Industry and Support),

- will have to set-up the plan associated, to reach this industrialization, keeping under control the cost (Recurring Costs / Non-Reccurring costs) and the quality for the corresponding work package,

- will have to identify the risks and opportunities including definition of corrective measures,

- will have to participate to the offer evaluation and to manage the planned costs of H/C (hours & material), EVM and R&O incl. NRC accountability towards the programmes.

Production management
The industrial architect:

- will have to Ensure since early development phases that the product concept / design, and the Operations Set-up respect the Operations Strategy, Requirements and Performances

- will have to define the industrial architecture incl. technical product and process definition: definition of the production and assembly concepts, process analysis and optimisation incl. logistical flows, definition of technically optimised installation solutions, definition of the production and control means incl. maintenance activities,

- will have to set-up, allocate, arbitrate Operations Targets and Requirements, and then demonstrate their achievement.
- will have to manage the configuration definition of the MCA configuration tree together with the configuration management, production and Support & Services teams,
- will have to define and validate the Maturity Plan all assemblies (Verification & Validation plan),
- will have to execute the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) incl. risks analysis and will implemente the corrective actions,
- will have to analyse the value chain creation,

- will be the industrial interface with the supplier in case of external industrialization,

- will have to determine methods/processes/means with validation by a technical referent, at the initiative of the employee,

- will have to apply processes (DEV-03, DEV-08, ...), methods & tools (APQP, IPM, FAI, Ring, ...).

Co-engineering (Multi disciplines Electrical and Structure)
The industrial architect:

- will have to manage c onceptual problem solving (ability to model to solve problems that come out of standards) requiring the combination of techniques,

- will be a technical referent in a general discipline and knowledge in several related disciplines (associated industrial products and systems)

- will have to organize the co-engineering with PSO, PLB, Engineering MAS and squads within the Programme Core Team, including integrated planning and industrialization logics,

- will have to perform the manufacturing assesment for the Rear Fuse Main component assembly and Component assembly Marignane,

- will be accountable for the creation of the MCA industrial specification and alignment with the different system specifications,
- will have to define the interfaces, architecture and Bill Of Material,
- will have also to perform analysis of the helicopter architecture to improve system integrability (RC, ergonomics, etc.).

*Qualifications*
- Degree in Engineering or similar,
- Experience in production area, knowledge in operation, experience in design beneficial
- knowledge in project management (+ SAP and Catia optional but beneficial)
- Leadership, Team oriented, engagement, structured and autonomous way of working, flexible and innovative thinking.

*Language:*

* English and French language negotiation level is required,

* German / Spanish / Italian: Optional.



*Travels:*

* Some travels to GErmany and Spain will be needed (about 4/5 times per year),
