Our client is looking for his/her future Customs Representative :

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

* Ensure customs and logistics compliance for import and export operations.

* Verify the completeness and accuracy of import and export customs documentation.

* Monitor the progress of customs clearance processes.

* Collaborate with customs agency.

* Understand and apply import duty calculations.

* Register and archive customs data and documentation.

* Understand tariff codes classifications (HS/TARIC).

* Understand country of origin of goods.

* Understand and comply with CBAM regulations.

* Ensure that TW France exports products responsibly and legally throughout the world.

* Obtain required export licenses in accordance with national and international regulations.

* Collaborate with licensing authorities and prepare required reports and documentation.

* Learn the internal MW trade system.

* Ensure the management team are fully briefed on any changes to any legal changes and requirements.

* Manage queries from other departments and work collaboratively within a team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE :

* Minimum of 5 years experience in a customs and export compliance or similar government role

* Familiarity with a manufacturing or stockiest background

* Strong knowledge and working understanding of international trade rules and regulations, including customs and export compliance, process control and internal audits (Classification, customs entry process, customs invoicing requirements, valuations)

* Team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, written and understanding)

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint


CONTRACTUAL INFORMATIONS :

* DESIRED START DATE : ASAP, but you can apply if you have a notice period
* CONTRACT : CDI - 39h/week

REMUNERATION :
* Fixed salary : 40-50KEUR gross per year
* Benefits : Target bonus, luncheon vouchers, CSE, health and provident scheme.
