ADENES, aninternational group specialized in post-claims expertise, is hiring a SeniorBPMN Developer / Designer (M/F) to strengthen its BPM team as part of itsexpansion. Expertise in Camunda 8 is required.
You will playa key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our business processes,working closely with technical and business teams.
Deploy, configure, and interface the Camunda 8 solution.
- Design and model business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Create and maintain decision rules using DMN / DTD.
- Participate in the integration of processes into our applicationarchitecture.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure full lifecycle managementof workflows.
- Contributeto continuous process improvement and technology watch.
Description du profil
You have a degree in computer science and have significant experience(minimum 5 years) in back-end development, with a specialization in BPM tools,particularly Camunda 8.
Expertise in Camunda 8 (modeling, deployment, integration)
- .NET / C#
- REST APIs, JSON / XML
- CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps
- Englishand French at minimum C1 level
Analytical and synthesis skills: ability to understand complexprocesses, identify friction points, and propose effective solutions.
- Clear and educational communication: ability to explain technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders (business teams, management).
- Process-oriented vision: deep understanding of business challengesand ability to align technical solutions with operational goals.
