**Job Description:**
As part of the *Airbus Helicopters Design Office* , you will join the ' *Data & HUMS (Health and Usage Monitoring System)* *' department*. Composed of approximately thirty people located at the Marignane site (near Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône, France), this department is responsible for:
* Defining and certifying the monitoring systems (Health and Usage) for all helicopters in the Airbus range
* Collecting and managing data recorded during flights operated by the Flight Test teams or by customers
* Analyzing the collected data to anticipate events and improve the safety, availability, maintenance, and performance of our aircrafts
You will join the *HMS (Health Monitoring System)* * team*, composed of specialists and experts in mechanics and signal processing, where you will be responsible for analyzing vibration data to monitor the helicopter's mechanical systems .

* Your responsibilities: *
You will be health function responsible for a given in-service helicopter :
* You will deploy the product policy established by the experts of your department with the aim of improving the health fonction on the helicopter(s) you have in charge and contribute in this way to standardize health monitoring for the Airbus helicopters range
* You will develop the HMS function on the helicopter(s) on which you are assigned, by applying méteir referential, and by collaborating with the design office teams (e.g., Rotor and Transmission, etc.)
* You plan activities and deliverables (according to the defined métier development logic) and manage interfaces and dependencies to deliver on time, on quality, on cost for the helicopter(s) on which you are assigned
* You will produce specification and certification documents for the implementation of HMS function changes on on the helicopter(s) on which you are assigned
* You will collaborate with other Airbus Helicopters teams (Customer Support & Services , Major Incident Analysis, Flight Line , etc.) in the event of technical incidents by providing vibration signal analyses
* You will proactively contribute to the continuous improvement process aimed at strengthening the department's efficiency
* Your activities: *
* Management of collected vibration data
* Monitoring and analysis of tests
* Processing and analysis of vibration signals
* Writing of technical documentations and certification documents
* Simulation
* Required skills: *
* Master's degree +5 in engineering specializing in mechanics, acoustics, or vibration
* You have 3 years or more of experience in a similar or related field
* Skills in signal processing (acoustics or vibration) and proficiency in signal processing tools (Matlab, LMS, etc.)
* Knowledge of dynamic assemblies is a plus
* Good communication skills, teamwork, solidarity, creativity, perseverance, and persuasiveness
* Language skills: English and French
