Senior Fullstack Engineer - H/F Teamis

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full product lifecycle: from ideation to UI design, backend logic, deployment, feedback collection, and performance measurement
• Build intuitive and high-performance web interfaces for African entrepreneurs
• Implement best practices in IT security and data protection within a regulated environment
• Identify internal improvement opportunities, automate non-technical processes, and contribute to technical best practices to enhance our efficiency
• Communicate internally and externally about new features - whether it's gathering feedback before development or explaining how they work upon release

A few examples of recent projects:

• A WhatsApp bot that generates quotes based on customer replies
• A self-service onboarding flow that collects company information and KYC documents
• Asynchronous workers that automatically read invoices using OCR
• Internal tools to manage and process millions of dollars in transactions

• You're driven by our mission and passionate about solving problems faced by African businesses
• You thrive in an early-stage startup environment with a fast pace, rapid growth, full ownership across the product lifecycle, and a high degree of ambiguity
• You have experience working in a VC-backed engineering team and building customer-facing products
• You have a strong understanding of web development and best practices across both frontend and backend
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You speak both French and English
• Experience in fintech and/or emerging markets is a plus
• Interest or expertise in IT security and data protection is also a bonus
