This role is more than overseeing check-ins and check-outs; it is about setting the tone for every guest experience from the very first moment of arrival. As the leader of our Front Office team, you will guide daily operations, inspire your colleagues to grow, and ensure that every interaction reflects Maslina Resort's mindful approach to luxury.

Your Impact:
As the Front Office Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of our reception and guest services. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
- Guide and inspire a high-performing Front Office team
- Ensure smooth, personalized check-in and check-out procedures
- Uphold our service standards with pride and attention to detail
- Act as a key contact for guest feedback, requests, and concierge services
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the guest journey
- Champion training, development, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations, team scheduling, and resource planning
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor Front Office colleagues
- Manage guest communication, preferences, and concierge services
- Oversee reception area cleanliness, inventory, and operational standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care
- Support departmental audits and ensure compliance with policies and legal standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Front Office processes
