A global leader in the aerospace manufacturing sector is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Haverhill site. With a strong international presence and decades of expertise, the company delivers advanced assemblies and systems solutions to leading aircraft and engine manufacturers, as well as defense and space agencies.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the site's finance and accounting function. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and asset protection.
• Oversee cash management, credit, collections, and product pricing policies.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with senior management to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years as a Controller.
• Background in manufacturing environments (ideally $25M-$40M revenue scale).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Results-driven, hands-on, and adaptable with a collaborative leadership style.
