**Job Description:**
**Airbus ** is looking for a **Export Control Communities & Outreach Manager** (f/m)* * to join our Legal and Compliance department based in ** Toulouse, France.**
Under the supervision of the Head of Ethics & Compliance Business Programmes, the Export Control Programme Office (LOPG) is developing and deploying export control strategies and policies, deploying group wide solutions and contributing to secure means of compliance in all functions, ensuring export control compliance is well rooted within the integrity culture Airbus' top management expects from all employees and organisations worldwide.
You will be part of a team that is in charge of the quality and performance of the export control programme and ensures its relevant cascading in all divisions, functions, regions, subsidiaries & affiliates. You will be a key contributor to the export control programme, ensuring it is implemented in a coherent and pragmatic way across Airbus, under the Company's relevant quality standards. In particular, you will be in charge of the export control communities and outreach while supporting the rest of the team's activities related to export control internal policies, processes, training, communication, templates and KPIs.

***Your challenges:***
* Define the governance, coordinate, animate and report o n the Export Control Points of Contact (EPoC) network.. Reproduce best practices for the networks of Technology Control Officers (TCOs) and Technical Raters (TRs).
* Be responsible for all the EPoC network tools, resources and deliverables including:
* governance: functional/regional deployment, company-level database, mission letter, nomination process,
* communications: generic mailbox, distribution lists, dedicated Gsite, publications on the Airbus Hub and/or export control hub page,
* animation: quarterly calls, stakeholder meetings, bi-annual events,
* empowerment: peer-to-peer learning and community of practice incl. Google Space management and tailored training solutions.
* reporting: recurring and ad-hoc KPIs requests.
* Collaborate with the operational Export Control teams and the relevant functional/regional stakeholders in order to ensure the three networks (EPoCs, TCOs, and TRs) are appropriately sized, deployed, trained and empowered.
* Lead external outreach initiatives such as cooperation projects with universities, notably through direct involvement in the Legal Operations dedicated pillar.
* Overall ad-hoc support to the LOPG team and in particular direct contribution to the activities related to export control internal policies, processes, training, communication, templates and KPIs.
***Your boarding pass:***
* +5 years of experience working in engineering and / or Export Control/ legal field
* Ability to animate internal communities of export control practitioners and to lead cross-business projects gathering various internal stakeholders.
* Good project management and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of Export Control rules and regulations.
* Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills;
* Team working mindset
* Languages: fluent in English; French, Spanish or German is considered a plus.
